Branch is committed to data privacy. To exercise your rights with regard to your personal information in our role as a data controller (or business) please complete this form.

Note: If you're submitting a request because you are a user of an app or website that uses Branch, DO NOT USE THIS FORM. We process data at these apps' and websites' direction, so you need to make your request directly with them to access your data, to ask for your data to be deleted from Branch, or for other requests.

If you’re an app or website that uses Branch (a Branch “customer”) and are submitting a request on behalf of your app’s end-users, DO NOT USE THIS FORM. Branch provides an API for its customers, which allows customers to programmatically access or erase end user personal data stored by Branch.

Submit a Device-Based Opt-Out Request

You can submit a request to opt-out of the Branch Services on a particular device by (1) inputting your device identifier in the below text box, and (2) attaching a screenshot of your device identifier in the “Attachments” section below for verification purposes.

Due to the nature of the Services, some functionality will be degraded or no longer work once that request is executed.
